The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) in collaboration with the National Center for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (NCAIR) invites application from young Nigerians for the NITDA AI Developers Group Training Cohort 12.
The NITDA Developers Group (NDG) Training programme is a Digital Skills Training with the goal of creating additional one Million Developers of Artificial Intelligence & Robotics across the Nation.
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) intends to implement this initiative through its subsidiary, the National Center for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (NCAIR) with participation open to NYSC Corps Members, Secondary School Students & Undergraduates who are on holiday.
The training is part of NITDA’s project of training one million developers in Nigeria where the trainees will go through a series of coaching, and lectures to develop programming skills in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Two tracks are available for different skill levels: Beginner and Intermediary. The first cohort of the training programme will focus on Python for Machine Learning and Data Science. It is open to Nigerian youths aged 15 and above, including NYSC Corps Members, Students, Graduates, and Tech Enthusiasts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a Nigerian.
- Applicant must be residing or has accommodation in the FCT. This opportunity is available to those residing in FCT Abuja or who have logistic arrangements.
- NYSC Corps Members, Secondary School Students & Undergrads who are on holiday.
- Graduates and any other individual that wishes to acquire Tech-skills.
