Pay: $150 – $350/hour

Micro1 is seeking experienced Brand & Creative Strategy professionals to support a client-facing project focused on reviewing, rebuilding, and enhancing executive-level presentations.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise in branding, presentation design, storytelling, and strategic communication to improve real-world business presentations while helping train the next generation of AI systems.

You do not need prior AI experience. Your professional expertise and ability to make thoughtful, high-quality creative decisions are what matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Recreate business presentations: Receive images of client slides and accurately rebuild them in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving their clarity, structure, and visual impact.
• Improve visual storytelling: Strengthen slide layouts, data visualizations, messaging, and narrative flow for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Refine presentation content: Edit and develop concise, compelling copy, including action-oriented titles, key messages, and supporting content.
• Document your decisions: Maintain a detailed change log explaining what you changed, why you changed it, and why certain elements were intentionally left unchanged.
• Evaluate each slide critically: Balance presentation-design best practices with the original business objective, audience, and context.
• Meet tight turnaround times: Complete each presentation review, including the improved slides and change log, within approximately 1–2 hours per assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

We’re looking for professionals who have:

• 5+ years of experience at a recognized advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or in-house brand/marketing team at a major brand or technology company.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive or client-facing presentations, including new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic presentations, or brand strategy decks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide reconstruction and presentation design.
• Strong expertise in transforming complex information and data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent written communication and content-editing skills, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
• The ability to clearly explain and defend creative and strategic decisions—including why certain elements were changed and why others were intentionally preserved.
• Previous experience evaluating AI-generated content, working with AI systems, or contributing to AI training is a plus, but not required.
