Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, you\’ll need to meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
2. Hold a bachelor\’s degree in a relevant discipline
3. Have at least 5 O\’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
4. Law graduates must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in first degree and Law School
5. Be a Chartered Accountant – ACA, ACCA (subject to the requirement of specific Business Units)
6. Are under 28 years old at the time of application
7. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
8. Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills
9. Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities
10. Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
11. Are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications
12. Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
