MTN Nigeria’s Graduate Skills Development Scheme, branded Project Pathfinder, is a two-year graduate development program under the Networks Division. It aims to nurture early-career professionals ready to shape the future of telecommunications infrastructure in Nigeria, fostering innovation, inclusivity, and leadership development.

Project Pathfinder’s mission is to cultivate the next generation of telecoms professionals by offering hands-on exposure to real-world network projects, supported by mentorship, rotational assignments, and professional development, all within a culturally inclusive environment.

Who We Are Looking For
- Education: First degree (minimum 2:1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or an HND with Upper Credit in relevant Engineering fields.
- Experience: 0–2 years post-graduation. Prior industrial training or work experience in telecoms/IT-related fields will be an advantage.
- Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
